VPI-035-CANE is on the lighter, sweet side of the syrup color spectrum. This product is best for syrups, sauces, soups, coffee, tea, flavors, ice cream, bakery, and sweet products. VPI-035 is an aromatic caramel holding light, sweet, nutty, honey and maple notes.
