Featured Recipe Cookies with Lemon Caramel Crystals

Ingredientslemon cookies

  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 80g Sugar
  • 80g Butter
  • 140g Flour
  • 6g Baking Powder
  • 50g Caramelized Lemon Flakes


  1. Mix egg yolks & sugar.
  2. Add butter, flour and baking powder.
  3. Roll dough to desired thickness and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  5. Cut cookies into rounds and bake for 20-30 minutes.
  6. Immediately after removing from oven, sprinkle the Caramelized Lemon Flakes* on top of the cookies.
  7. Allow cookies to cool.

*Try with any of our Caramel Crystals, Chips or Flakes.
