No Carrier. Not a Problem.

Our customers are the most important aspect of our business. We take great pride in our customer service, and most of all, listening to your requests. We have been asked about producing a product with no carrier. And guess what? Your wish, is our command.

Let’s talk maltodextrin. As you may know, maltodextrin is a polysaccharide derived from corn, rice, potato starch, or wheat. When it is added to food systems, maltodextrin can increase thickness to a product, prevent crystallization, and contribute in binding ingredients together. Resistant maltodextrin specifically, is where concern lies. The underlying issue being: our bodies do no contain enzymes able to break down resistant maltodextrin when consumed. Therefore, we are unable to fully digest it. Clearly, this is a topic to address.

Whether we are discussing an issue of gluten allergies or how much the maltodextrin is processed, we have come up with a solution.
